Killer Whale at ETHDenver: Day 1
Killer Whale Crypto is currently attending ETHDenver: The largest and longest running ETH event in the world! ETHDenver is a community innovation festival that is entirely focused on the amazing breakthroughs that are taking place in DeFi and web3 development! Throughout this event, we will be taking a look at some of the amazing things that are happening in DeFi and Ethereum firsthand!
Checking In
Checking into ETHDenver starts with lining up outside the Denver Art Hotel with a plethora of other attendees from all sorts of places. There may be a local Denverite here and there, but by and large, many of the people you meet have traveled from every part of the world. Some of the people we spoke with during this event traveled from Brazil, England, and Korea. Sufficed to say, ETHDenver is a big deal for anyone who takes programing the Ethereum blockchain seriously.
After you make it through the line, you’ll be required to take rapid COVID test before you can participate in the fun. Rapid COVID tests are provided by ETHDenver throughout the entire event to ensure the safety of the community. ETHDenver will even provide extra COVID test kits for any guest that would like to take a few of them home in the interest of overall public health.
Once you have taken your COVID test, you can venture inside the Denver Art Hotel to have your ticket scanned. After your ticket is scanned, you can pick up your complementary backpack, t-shirt, and water bottle; along with some other Ethereum swag, souvenirs, and stickers.
Getting Oriented
There are all kinds of events, and activities that you can participate in at ETHDenver. The first step after checking in is to get the lay of the land. There are all kinds of events and activities which include a variety of conferences, demos, panels, and workshops that are open to any attendees that would like to participate.
